  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
